Old Mission Bank Owned Homes (two with pools)

We would like to present two recent bank owned homes that are well priced on the Peninsula.   9767 Lonolyn Bluff Road is a unique three story home with a heated outdoor pool.  It does need some TLC, but has a great location and lots of potential.  It is listed at $146K

1662 Moonrise is a large home, located close to town with an indoor pool for only $199K

Great turn out for the last weekend of the color season

The wineries were packed and the Old Mission Peninsula was hopping all weekend.  Lines were out the door with people from all over the midwest tasting and buying wine by the case.   It is great to see the Peninsula and downtown Traverse City packed like it was the middle of the summer, extending what has been a great tourist season.

We spent another weekend showing homes and vacant land on the Peninsula and days like Saturday just make it a little easier.   View homes and lots are quickly becoming as popular as waterfront homes and buyers from all over the midwest and country are taking advantage of the terrific interest rates.  Thanks to all that visisted and feel free to check out our site at www.oldmissionrealestate.com to view all the active listings on the Peninsula.
